CardioTappers burn over 500 calories per class and improve strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, balance, muscle tone, bone density, cognitive acuity & function, and of course, tap skills! We welcome people of all tap and fitness levels - from musical theatre professionals and enthusiasts to business professionals and people who used to tap as kids - even complete beginners! No matter who you are, this method meets you where you're at and pushes you to the next level, simultaneously providing an intense workout and opportunity to practice the tap steps used on Broadway.
